This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for WebCartics services and digital products.
Custom development work is billed against agreed milestones and the time and effort invested. Because this work is tailored to your requirements, fees for completed or in-progress work are generally non-refundable. Specific terms are defined in your project agreement.
For milestone-based engagements, each milestone is reviewed and approved before the next begins. Payments made for approved milestones are non-refundable, as they reflect delivered work.
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products and add-ons, they are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If a product is defective and cannot be made to work as described, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
You may request to cancel an ongoing engagement as described in your project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable, and any unused prepaid amount may be refunded where applicable.
